Alexx has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over a decade, beginning as a Behavior Technician and RBT. After obtaining a master’s degree in ABA, Alexx spent six years working directly in the field before transitioning into the operational side of ABA. This shift provided the opportunity to refine administrative processes and develop a deep understanding of the power of business data.

Now specializing in operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making, Alexx manages critical company systems, including CRM, PM, HRM, and PPS platforms, to ensure processes are optimized and running smoothly. With a strong focus on analytics, Alexx develops dashboards that provide clear insights into business performance, helping companies track key metrics and make informed decisions.
